Mr. Nguyen earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1989, and received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1995. 

Mr. Nguyen is also President and Legal Counsel to the Greater New York Vietnamese American Community Association, serving the vietnamese community of Greater New York and surrounding areas.

Member: Bronx Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and National Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA).
